CV Writing and Cover Letter Preparation Online

How Our CV Writing Service Works

All CVs and cover letters are done online.

The first thing you will need to do is to send us an email with your existing Curriculum Vitae if you have one. If you do not have it, you will need to provide us with some information including the following:

  • Your full name
  • Contact details: telephone number(s), e-mail address
  • Work history: dates, places of work, positions held, duties
  • Education and qualifications: certificates/diplomas, completion dates, awarding bodies
  • Completed training courses related to your future job
  • Additional details: driving licence, knowledge of foreign languages, etc.
  • What kind of a job you are looking for and your possible input into the company's operations

The information you submit will set the wheels in motion. In the process of creating it, additional questions may be asked if more clarification is required.

Once your new documents are ready, you will be contacted to arrange the payment. Once we receive your payment, an electronic copy of your documents in DOCX or PDF format will be emailed to you. If you think something has to be amended, this can be done for no extra charge provided you contact us within two weeks.

The Timescale for Creating a CV and a Cover Letter

We aim to create all CVs and cover letters within 48 hours of receiving all the information that we need.

However, it may take longer if you do not provide us with all the details that are necessary to create your documents before we start working on them.

In this case, we will enter into correspondence with you. We will ask you some questions about the additional clarification that we must have.

Additional Help to Prepare You for a Job Interview

You may be aware of the fact that the only aim of a Curriculum Vitae is to get a job interview.

However, it is up to you to secure employment, which means that you have to do well during an interview.

We can also help you to prepare for it by advising how to deal with some questions that you may be asked. There may be other things that we could also take into consideration.

Requirements for Professional Curriculum Vitae

Curriculum Vitae should consist of no more than two A4 pages. This makes it challenging for a CV writer to design it. Often there is not enough or too much information submitted by you.

There must be several sections in a professional CV:

  • Personal Profile
  • Education and Professional Qualifications
  • Employment History
  • Additional Information
  • Hobbies and Interests
  • References

All the sections are very important to an employer. What should stand out are your Personal Profile and Employment History. These two sections must be informative and precise in telling an employer about your suitability for a position you are applying for.

We will choose the correct size and font and layout of your resume so that any employer will find it easy to read.
