Questions about Our CV Writing Service

1. In what format will I get my CV?

If you wish, the documents may be sent by email in both DOCX and PDF format.

2. What happens if, after having received my documents, I would like to change or remove something?

There is an after-sales service. We will make all the necessary amendments for free if you tell us within two weeks after you receive your Curriculum Vitae.

3. Could you do all the work in a day or two if I need this done urgently?

Yes, we will be able to do that for an extra cost of £15. We can only do that if we are not busy creating other clients' documents who have requested them before you.

About Your Skills and Work Experience

1. What can I do if I have never worked before and do not have any work experience?

In this case, a skills-based CV will be created. It will show what your strong points are and highlight the essential information in your personal profile.

2. What can be done if I only worked for short periods (a few months) in each job?

Depending on the type of job that you would like to do, some of your previous duties will be made more prominent to suit your future employment. Others may be grouped under a particular heading to show non-stop employment.

3. How successful are your clients in getting interviews thanks to the CVs created using this service?

Based on clients' feedback, all of them had interviews and most of them subsequently got the jobs they wanted. You must bear in mind that the only purpose of a CV is to secure an interview. Whether or not you are going to get a job will depend on your performance during the interview.
